Downstairs
A large open room under the church, wrapped in painted murals, with a kitchen alongside for warming and serving. For classes, rehearsals, meetings, and production holding and catering.
Up to 50 people
The Courtyard
Our outdoor space beside the church. For gatherings in good weather.
Up to 20 people
The Guild Room
A smaller room off the nave with a pair of stained glass windows. For meetings, small gatherings and quiet events.
Rates
Simple, published rates
$300/hr
The Nave, private events. Nonprofits $175/hr. 3-hour minimum.
$200/hr
Downstairs, private events and meetings. Nonprofits $100/hr.
$200/hr
Children’s parties downstairs. 3-hour minimum, $300 refundable deposit.
$2,500/day
Photo shoots from $2,500 a day; film and TV from $4,500.
The Courtyard, the Guild Room and weekly classes are by arrangement. Our full rate sheet, with extras and terms, comes with our reply.

Good to know
How renting works
- Sundays are for worship. Spaces open after about 11:30 AM.
- Insurance. A certificate naming St. John’s Episcopal Church as additional insured. Hosting a private event without business insurance? A one-day event policy or a refundable deposit works.
- Your hours include setup and cleanup. Please leave the space as you found it.
- Take your trash with you.
- Food. Light refreshments are welcome. The kitchen is for warming and serving only (no frying). Catering for film and production crews by arrangement.
- The memorial garden in front of the church is not used for events.
- Children’s parties. An adult host stays the whole time. No glitter, confetti or piñatas, please.
- A deposit holds your date and counts toward the total. We’ll send a simple agreement once we know what you need.
